We are currently seeking for a Technical Support Engineer (Mechanical) role to join our client’s professional team. As a member of the Technical Support Group you will provide first-line, remote technical support both to customers and internal customer service and sales departments. You will be able to work in a broad range of industries providing technical support and finding solutions to technically challenging problems.
In addition, you may focus on special product solutions for unique customer needs and give advice on what product solutions will meet customer requirements best.
Ideally, we would like someone with comfortable knowledge on mechanical engineering and experiences in providing technical support to both Japanese (Japan) and English Clients (ANZ and APAC). Your B2B relation skills will be highly regarded as they focus catering their services for commercial Clients throughout the ANZ and APAC region.
Depending on your work experience as a mechanical engineer and your language proficiency in both Japanese and English, our client may be open to considering visa sponsorship
Suitable for those engineers who enjoy responding to customer requests by providing efficient and professional technical support towards resolving complex mechanical issues.
Candidates who meet the requirements but NEW to the industry are welcome to apply as generous training will be offered.

This role is based in Melbourne North (Close to Mill Park/Campbellfield) and requires own transportation.
