What does your next role look like?

As an Entry-Level Accountant, you will:

• Assist with accounting and tax operations for SMEs, including Japanese global corporations and local businesses.
• Use accounting software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Excel for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
• Communicate with clients in both English and Japanese, building strong relationships and providing excellent service.
• Support the team in financial operations, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.

A little about you…

Our ideal candidate is someone who is eager to grow in a dynamic accounting role. You’ll need:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related fields.
• A strong interest in developing your career in accounting (CPA support provided).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of accounting software (training available).
• Fluency in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking).
• The ability to balance independent work with being a strong team player, showing excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.

Visa Requirements:

Applicants must have the right to work in Australia (PR or a visa allowing at least 2 years of employment). Visa sponsorship (TSS and PR) may be considered for exceptional candidates based on experience and language proficiency.
