As a Logistics Process Analyst, you will lead efforts to optimise logistics operations, driving efficiency and cost reduction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance inventory management, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

What does your next role look like?

Main Purpose of this role: To improve the way our client handles logistics. By studying current processes, finding better ways to do things, and putting those improvements into action, the analyst helps make sure goods move smoothly through the supply chain while saving time and money. Ultimately, this role helps our client stay competitive and satisfy customers by making their logistics operations more efficient.

As a pivotal member of the team, you’ll navigate diverse responsibilities, including:

  • Support Business Development in analysis and process simulation for prospective customers.
  • Design new business process and support warehouse operational team for implementations.
  • Development of work instructions in conjunction with operational leaders.
  • Development and execution of monthly operation KPI reporting.
  • Incorporate TPS principles in any analysis or process design tasks.
  • Provide ongoing operational support for the WMS where required.
  • Identify and propose operational improvement projects to improve operation quality and efficiency.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis of data as requested by management.
  • Other duties within the scope of the role. 

A little about you…

To flourish in this role, you should embody the following attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics operations and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Familiarity with logistics software is advantageous. 
  • Must have own transportation.

Laverton North, Victoria – Enjoy convenient access with ample car parking available on-site, ensuring a hassle-free commute for all team members.

Working Hour…

Nominal working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch. (Flexible working hours can be arranged with pre-approval.)

Salary range…

$80,000 – 90,000/year + Super

Working flexibility…

Full Onsite – optional remote/flexible work negotiable (Maximum one day per week available)

Start From…

Immediate commencement is preferred.
