As an Operations Team Staff – Promotional Activities Management, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating promotional activities across teams, ensuring seamless operations and compliance while directly engaging with marketing campaigns, CRM, and potentially social media.

The office is located in Darwin and Melbourne, with a support office in Tokyo. What does your next role look like?

As a pivotal member of the team, you’ll navigate diverse responsibilities, including:

  • Manage rosters and team follow-up.
  • Plan and execute engaging promotions using Marketing Automation tools.
  • Collaborate daily with Customer Service regarding customer-facing marketing campaigns.
  • Update creative promotional content (emails, SMS, newsletters, push notifications) to ensure seasonality is reflected.
  • Ensure strong and consistent brand messaging and identity across all channels and marketing campaigns.
  • Gather customer insights and provide feedback to the development team for product roadmap.

  • Legal right to work in Australia without restrictions.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding with Marketing Automation tools (e.g., Braze).
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and creative skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and eagerness to learn new tools.
  • Willingness to expand skills and take on diverse challenges.
  • A passion for sports, racing, and betting is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Japanese is desirable.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing in a relevant industry with a proven track record in planning and executing successful CRM and promotional campaigns is a strong plus.


Role Measurement:

  • Effective day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Participation in maintaining the marketing budget and ROI.

Working Hour…

Nominal hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility in working hours can be arranged with pre-approval. 

Salary range…

Up to $80,000 per year: Rewarding Compensation for Your Skills and Dedication

Initially Full Onsite (Required), with Potential for Negotiable Remote/Flexible Work Arrangements
