Are you a seasoned sales leader fluent in Japanese with a deep understanding of the logistics industry? We’re seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Sales Executive to join our client’s team in Alexandria, Sydney.

What does your next role look like?

As a Senior Logistics Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving business growth by leading high-impact sales initiatives and building strategic relationships across New South Wales and Queensland. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio and driving revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives, leveraging your industry expertise to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

A little about you…

To excel in this senior role, you should bring:

  • Extensive Experience: 5+ years in a senior sales role within the Freight Forwarding or Logistics industry.
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven experience in leading and mentoring sales teams, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, with a focus on Freight Forwarding.
  • Proactive and Results-Driven: A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving business growth.
  • Legal Right to Work: Legal right to work in Australia; own transport preferred.

Location…

Alexandria, NSW – Conveniently located with ample parking.

Working Hour…

Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. Flexibility available upon request.

Salary range…

$75,000 – $90,000 per annum plus super.
