A leading global consulting group is seeking a bilingual Consultant to join its Melbourne team.

You’ll work in a professional environment that partners with major Australian enterprises and government organisations – while also acting as a cultural bridge between Japan HQ and the ANZ region.

In this role, you will operate as a local consultant based in Melbourne, supporting digital transformation, business improvement, and project delivery for enterprise and government clients.

While your day-to-day work is fully English-based, your Japanese background will be a unique strength—helping you interpret business expectations, bridge cultural gaps, and support communication between Japan and ANZ stakeholders.

• Experience in consulting, proposal-based sales, or project management in Japan
• Business-level English and Japanese
• Strong interest in consulting, digital transformation, or IT-related projects
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in culturally diverse teams
• Based in or willing to relocate to Melbourne

Working Hour

Monday to Friday, Full-time (38 hours)

Salary range

Competitive – determined based on experience and local market benchmarks

Working flexibility

Hybrid (primarily office-based for onboarding & collaboration; hybrid work available once settled)
