What does your next role look like?

Main Purpose of this role: The position exists to provide interpreting and translating services in English and Japanese, to new and existing clients.

As a pivotal member of the team, you’ll navigate diverse responsibilities, including:

• Completing daily translation and interpretation assignments with precision.
• Supporting office operations with administrative tasks and marketing initiatives.
• Embarking on business trips, both domestic and international, to cater to client needs.

• Technical Proficiency: Comfort with PC applications, particularly Excel.

Desirable but not essential:

• Car ownership.
• NAATI Professional level certification.
• Previous experience or training in translation and interpretation.

Location…

Abbotsford, Victoria Conveniently located with North Richmond station or the 109 tram stop just a four minute walk away. There is off-street parking in front of the office. The office is housed within a large warehouse. If not onsite, you work here.

Working Hour…

Nominal working hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with 30 minutes for lunch.

Flexible work is provided, and work hours may differ depending on your assigned assignments. You must be able to fit your schedule accordingly.

Salary range…

$75,000/year + Super

Working flexibility…

Onsite work will be the standard.

Start From…

Immediate commencement is preferred.
