We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join a leading global machinery company in Brisbane. This role involves overseeing HR operations in the resource sector, especially in the crane industry, covering recruitment, onboarding, resignations, annual evaluations, and HR strategy development. You will collaborate with senior executives to align HR strategies with business goals, manage a dedicated team, and ensure HR systems adapt to the company’s growing needs.

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (including around 30 mins lunch break) is the most common. Onsite with flexible start time, between 7:30am to 9:00am.
