About the Project:
A new multi-concept destination celebrating Japanese food, craftsmanship, and culture is currently under development in inner Melbourne.
The facility will include:
- Japanese interior showroom (kumiko, furniture, tatami)
- Counter sushi & tempura bar
- Kiosk café & bar
- Centre kitchen with centralised delivery capacity
- Japanese product retail shop
- Private event/function room
We are seeking a founding food partner to bring their own concept to life as part of this cultural initiative. This is not a salaried role – it is a unique opportunity for business-minded food professionals to become a central figure in a high-profile project, with full operational freedom and strategic support.
