Japanese-Speaking Sales Coordinator

About This Position…

Our client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team in Docklands. This role will support the sales team by managing promotions, processing invoices, and creating sales materials, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Highlights:

  • Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (10 months) from January 2025
  • Location: Docklands, Melbourne
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
  • Flexible Working: 2 days remote work per week

What does your next role look like?

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with the outsourced sales team (English proficiency is essential)
  • Managing promotions and processing invoices
  • Creating sales materials and conducting data analysis
  • Performing store visits and various administrative tasks
  • Conducting market research and planning for trade shows

A little about you…

  • Experience in a similar sales / sales support role
  • Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Strong numerical management skills, especially in managing promotional budgets
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, conveying information clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry is advantageous
  • A sense of urgency and adaptability in a dynamic work environment 
  • Must hold a visa that allows you to work without restrictions during the contract period

Working Hour…

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Working flexibility…

Initially, you’ll work in the office every day for the first 2-3 months to get familiar with the role. After that, you can enjoy the flexibility of working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely each week, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life.

Start From…

January 2, 2025, with a handover period of approximately 2 weeks until mid-January.
