Our Client, a leading global supplier of logistics services, is looking for a new member who is looking to open their career in Logistics/Supply Chain Management. Your new role will start as Customer Service and Data Entry Associate – no prior experience is required. However, we ask for your high Japanese Language skills as you will be required to frequently correspond with Clients in Japanese.
The Client Support and Data Entry Associate position is a Full-time (or starting from Part time) job in Southeast Suburbs of Melbourne. You will provide ongoing all-round Customer Services, including answering calls and attending to customer emails, assisting with stock inventory and liaising with suppliers to fulfil customer order functions. In addition, data entry and analysis will be your crucial daily task.
The position is fitted for someone who is ready to take on new challenges in the field of Logistics and is willing to learn amongst your team. Candidates with exceptional interpersonal and Customer Service skills are highly regarded. High Japanese Language skills is essential.

South-east of Melbourne – local government area is the City of Kingston. Own transport is highly preferred
Monday to Friday – Flexibility will be available to work between 7:00am and 5:00pm (Business Core time 8:00am-1:00pm)
– You are expected to work the hours required to satisfactorily perform the duties and responsibilities of your position. This means you are expected to work an average of 38 hours per week (or pro-rata hours as agreed if you are employed on a part-time basis), predominantly during usual business hours, plus reasonable additional hours as necessary.
