What does your next role look like?

• You’ll be the go-to person for setting up online and in-person meetings between investors, our analysts, and companies. This includes managing Zoom and calendar invites.
• In these meetings, you’ll build relationships with investors, offer investment ideas, and share research to help them make informed decisions.
• You’ll also coordinate with colleagues worldwide, update databases, and send out daily research emails.
• Keeping track of upcoming events, arranging travel, and organising investment conferences are part of the gig.
• Plus, there’s potential for a future career in Equity Sales.
• You can even work from home two days a week after a qualifying period. Salary depends on your experience.

• All about putting the client first, managing time like a pro, and juggling multiple tasks with ease.
• A fast learner and super detail-oriented.
• Work independently, find solutions to make clients happy, and always ready to go the extra mile.
• Have a positive attitude and a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Either a recent graduate or have up to 3 years of experience in a related field.
• Speaking Japanese is a plus but not a must.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, great at multitasking, and a problem-solving champ.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN AUSTRALIA

CBD, Melbourne with the potential for remote work up to 2 days per week.

Working Hour…

9:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday.

Salary range…

Up to $70K (inclusive of superannuation) + Bonus.

Note: The salary package offered will be based on the individual’s experience and qualifications.
