Corporate Administration Manager – Finance (Japanese speaking)

About This Position…

Join our Client, a leading global equities sales and corporate access firm based in Melbourne, as a Corporate Administration Manager. We are seeking a bilingual professional fluent in Japanese and English, with a solid background in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, and a passion for delivering exceptional business solutions.

As the Melbourne-based subsidiary of a global investment company, our Client is expanding its equities sales and corporate access business, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our friendly team.

 

Highlights:
  • Location & Flexibility:
    • Melbourne base with regular Sydney travel (Approx. 2 times a month) or
    • Sydney base with regular Melbourne travel (Approx. once a month)
    • Option to work from home up to 2 days per week.

    • Instrumental in aiding clients to make informed decisions.

What does your next role look like?

  • Coordinating meetings between investors, analysts, and companies.
  • Building and nurturing investor relationships, offering investment insights.
  • Global collaboration, managing databases, organising events, and travel.
  • Involvement in Equity Sales as part of your growth within the company.
  • Coordination with internal employees and corporate management for logistical arrangements.
  • Pitching Australian non-deal roadshows to Japanese/Asian/US corporates.

A little about you…

  • Keen on thriving in the global equity market, fluent in Japanese and English.
  • Exemplifies outstanding business etiquette and professionalism.
  • NAATI interpreter qualification highly regarded.
  • Quick learner, detail-oriented, independent, and solution-focused.
  • Positive attitude with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Up to 3 years of related experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, adept at multitasking and problem-solving.

Location…

  • Option 1: Melbourne CBD with regular Sydney travel and potential for remote work. (preferred) 
  • Option 2: Sydney CBD with regular Melbourne travel and potential for remote work.

Working Hour…

9:00 am to 5:00 pm – Monday to Friday.

Salary range…

Up to $100K (inclusive of superannuation), based on experience and qualifications.

Working flexibility…

Work from home for up to 2 days per week after a qualifying period.

Start From…

February 2024 (earlier start possible if suitable)
