Administration / HR Manager – Logistics and Supply Chain Management

About This Position…

Our Client, a leading global supplier of logistics services, is looking for strong member who is looking to take on the role as Administrative Manager.

The Administration Manager position is a Full-time (Part time negotiable) in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne with a package of up to 120K+Super. We are seeking for an all-round administrative specialist who already holds solid experience in General Affairs duties, such as handling HR payroll, staff review and training, compliance duties, Client liaison and other ad hoc duties.

Addition to your skill sets, we are looking for a highly organised, multi skilled, responsible and self-motivated Candidate, who is able to capture and manage all areas of administrative necessities. A Candidate with an individual take-charge attitude to improve the administrative function of the company will be a strong Candidate. 

What does your next role look like?

The role includes but is not limited to:

  • Ensure to keep up to date with employee trainings
  • Conduct and manage salary/performance review for all relevant employees
  • Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and other related management levels, such as Japan HQ and other subsidiaries within Australia
  • Work compliant with Australian Labour Law and other compliance regulations
  • Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative personnel
  • Attending to emails, letters and calls, internally and externally
  • Reporting by documentation to Japan HQ and other management levels
  • Assist accounts duties where necessary
  • Assist Visa application duties where necessary
  • Miscellaneous GA duties where necessary

A little about you…

  • Experience in HR or other Administrative Management role is preferred
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills and hold ability to monitor and provide ongoing employee development
  • High communication skill to efficiently correspond with all levels of management and team and other Clients
  • Positive attitude with a great work ethic and good at problem solving
  • Able to work autonomously with responsibility to improve the company’s administrative performance
  • Good understanding of the Australian Labour Law and other compliance regulations. Ability to comply with Safe Work regulations
  • Any experience in Logistics or Import industry is a plus

Candidates must have the right to work full-time in Australia


Western Suburb, Melbourne – Cities of Melton and Wyndham local government areas (Own transport is highly preferred)

Working Hour…

Selection from 08:00-16:30, 08:30-17:00 and 09:00-17:30

Monday to Friday (Negotiable with Work hours upon request)  – Part time negotiable
