今年最初のCareer Meister Newsは「Group 3 Awards の賃金変更」についてになります。 

これまでの最低賃金変更のまとめ 

• 2020年6月にFair Work Commissionは最低賃金の改定（1.75%の上昇）と、アワードを3つのグループに分け、3段階に時期をずらして実施することを発表 
• 2020年7月1日「Group 1 Awards」において、最低賃金が変更 
• 2020年11月1日、建築業界や製造業界などが含まれる「Group 2 Awards」の最低賃金変更

「Group 3 Awardsの最低賃金変更」 

2021年2月1日から、小売業・宿泊施設・飲食業・観光業などが含まれる 「Group 3 Awards」の最低賃金が1.75%上昇となりました。

The very first Career Meister News of the 2021 is about “Annual wage review – 1 February 2021 changes” 

Summary of the wage changes 

• In June 2020, the Fair Work Commission announced a 1.75% increase to minimum wages, with new rates coming into effect in 3 stages for different groups of awards. 
• From 1 July 2020, in Group 1 awards are set to increase by 1.75% on the first full pay period starting on or after 1 July.  
• The increase in the second group of awards, which includes the construction, manufacturing and a range of other industries, starts from the first full pay period on or after 1 November 2020.   

From 1 February 2021, new minimum wages in the retail, accommodation, food services and a range of other industries (Group 3 Awards) increase by 1.75%. 

The Fair Work Commission also have updated on Pay Calculator and Pay Guides.

Annual wage review – 1 February 2021 changes

Fair Work CommissionはClerks Awardのスケジュール１（Schedule I）の再延長を発表しました。 

スケジュール１では、職場におけるコロナウィルスの影響を制御・管理するためにAwardの柔軟性を提供し、現行では2021年3月29日まで適用されます。 

スケジュール１とは？ 

スケジュール１とはClerks Awardにおける一時的なスケジュールで、コロナウイルスの影響下にて適用される追加のAwardの柔軟性を意味します。 

下記の項目における柔軟性が含まれています。 

• フルタイム、パートタイム社員の勤務時間 

• 年次休暇（annual leave） 

このスケジュールは2020年3月28日にアワードに追加され、2020年6月28日に終了される予定でしたが、 Fair Work Commissionは2021年3月29日まで適用を延長することを発表しました。 

下記が含まれます。 

• スケジュール１に基づく従業員への指示の条件 
• 在宅勤務における業務時間の変更 
• フルタイムとパートタイム従業員の勤務時間の変更 
• 年次休暇取得の申請に関する追加の保護

Temporary flexibility in the Clerks Award extended again 

The Fair Work Commission has extended Schedule I in the Clerks Award again. 

Schedule I provides award flexibility to help workplaces manage the impact of coronavirus and now applies until 29 March 2021. 

What is Schedule I? 

Schedule I is a temporary schedule in the Clerks Award that provides extra award flexibility during the impact of coronavirus. It provides flexibility for: 

• full-time and part-time employees’ hours of work 
• annual leave. 

The Schedule was added to the award on 28 March 2020 and was initially due to stop operating on 30 June 2020. It now applies until 29 March 2021 and includes: 

• conditions around giving employees directions under Schedule I 

• span of hours changes while working at home 
• change to hours of work for full-time and part-time employees 
• extra safeguards around requests to take annual leave.

最新アップデート ― カジュアル ＆ 残業代

2020年10月30日にFair Work Commissionは97のアワードにおいてカジュアルと残業代についてのアップデートを発表しました。 

この変更は2020年11月20日以降の初めてのお給与（The first full pay period on or after 20 November 2020）から適用されます。 

変更が適用されるアワードとは？ 

こちらから変更が適用される全てのアワードをご確認いただけます。 

今回のアップデートはアワード毎に内容が異なりますが、下記は今回の変更に含まれる共通したアップデートとなります。 

• カジュアルローディングと残業代がどのように相互作用するのか 
• カジュアル従業員が残業代を請求できるのか 
• 残業代が適用となる時間 

重要ポイント）今回の変更では、幾つかのアワードにてカジュアル従業員への残業代レートが変更となります。 

 注意）Aged Care Awardは2021年3月1日以降の初めてのお給与（Start from the first full pay period on or after 20 November 2020）まで適用されません。（The changes to the Aged Care Award don’t start until the first full pay period on or after 1 March 2021.）

現在、Fair Work Commissionでは「Pay Calculator」と「Pay Guide」をアップデートしており、同機関でのアップデートが完了次第、また、こちらのブログでもお知らせ致します。

 以下よりアップデートが適用されるアワードと、アワード毎の変更内容の詳細がご確認いただけますので、まずはこちらから皆様の該当するアワードの変更についてご確認下さい。 

Updates to casual and overtime clauses in most awards  

On 30 October 2020, the Fair Work Commission (the Commission) announced updates to the casual and overtime clauses in 97 awards. The updated clauses start from the first full pay period on or after 20 November 2020. 

Is my award affected?  

To find out if your award is affected, see the Commission’s determinations list, which has a full list of awards affected by this decision.  

The updates are different for each award, but some common examples of how some awards have been updated include clarifying:  

• how casual and overtime loadings interact 
• whether casuals are entitled to overtime  
• the hours when overtime applies.  

Some of these updates will mean changes to overtime pay rates for casual employees in some awards. 

Note: The changes to the Aged Care Award don’t start until the first full pay period on or after 1 March 2021. 

What do I need to do if my award is affected? 

Some of the updates will mean changes to overtime pay rates for casual employees in some awards. 

We’re in the process of updating our Pay Calculator  and Pay guides with the new overtime rates for casuals. The new rates will be available soon. We will publish the new blog when the Pay Calculator is updated. 

In the meantime, we encourage you to review the determinations list to see how the Commission has updated your award.

前回のブログでグループ２アワードでオーストラリアの最低賃金が上昇することをお伝えしましたが、それに伴うアップデートがFair Workからありましたので、共有します。 

Fair Work Commissionから2020年7月1日付けで最低賃金が1.75％上昇することが発表されました。 

今回の変更ではアワードを3つのグループに分け、時期をずらして実施されることとなっており、建築・製造などが含まれる「グループ2アワード (Group 2 Awards)」の最低賃金上昇は2020年11月1日から開始されます。Career Meisterではこの、「最低賃金上昇について」詳しくYouTubeで解説しています。

Fair Workはこのグループ２アワードの賃金上昇に伴い最新のアワード情報を2020年10月31日に更新する予定です。また、最新のペイガイド（Pay Guides）とペイカリュキュレーター（Pay Calculator）を早急にアップデートする予定です。

In June 2020, the Fair Work Commission announced a 1.75% increase to minimum wages, with new rates coming into effect in 3 stages for different groups of awards. The increase in the second group of awards, which includes the construction, manufacturing and a range of other industries, starts from the first full pay period on or after 1 November 2020. 

The Fair Work Commission will issue the updated awards on 31 October 2020 and we’ll update our Pay guides and Pay Calculator as soon as possible.

今回のキャリアマイスターニュースはフェアワークから発表されました、ジョブキーパー・プログラムの延長とアワード(Award)での賃金上昇などについての最新アップデートです。 

1.  ジョブキーパー・プログラムの延長 

Fair Work Actにおけるジョブキーパー支援の実施期間が2021年3月28日まで延長することが発表されました（いくつかの変更を含む）。 

また、延長されたジョブキーパー・プログラムでは受給対象から外れた雇用主（Legacy Employers）に対しての支援が継続される場合があります。 

Legacy Employersは「一定期間で10％の売上減少」などの条件を満たす必要があります。

2. アワードでの賃金上昇 

2020年7月1日よりオーストラリア全土で最低賃金が1.75％引き上げられることが発表されました。 
この最低賃金上昇はコロナウィルス流行の影響を受け3つのグループに分け、時期をずらして実施されることになりました。建築・製造などが含まれる”グループ2アワード(Group 2 Awards)”の最低賃金は2020年11月1日から1.75％引き上げられます。

[Career Meister News] JobKeeper flexibilities extended, award wage increases and more 

Hello everyone,  

There are some updates in regards to JobKeeper provisions in the Fair Work Act and Award Wage increases. 

1.  JobKeeper flexibilities 

The JobKeeper changes to the Fair Work Act have been extended to 28 March 2021 (with some changes). Some flexibilities remain for legacy employers that are no longer receiving JobKeeper payments.

2. Wage increase for some awards 

Following the Fair Work Commission’s 2020 Annual Wage Review decision, minimum wages in Group 2 awards are set to increase by 1.75% on the first full pay period starting on or after 1 November. Check if your award is affected and what the new rates will be.

3. Getting back to work 

As restrictions ease in some parts of the country, you might be thinking about how you and your staff can get back to work. Fair Work has got information and resources to support you reopening your business and directing staff to return to work safely. 

4. Workplace legal advice program 

The workplace issues arising out of the coronavirus outbreak can be complex. Our Workplace Legal Advice Program helps employers deal with issues and get on with running their business. You can select skills from the skills options. You can add as many skills as you want.  

By updating Job Category and Skills, our recruiters will be able to find your resume preferentially, when a job that relates to your Job Category and Skills comes up. 

３）Resume 

You can store up to 3 resumes on the website. 

The benefit uploading your resumes in advance, is when you apply for a job, you can simply choose one of the resumes that you would like to apply, rather than uploading a resume every time you apply for a job.
