What does your next role look like?
As a Finance Officer, your responsibilities will include:
- Strategic Financial Transactions: Manage online wire transfers, ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of funds while optimising cost-effectiveness.
- Cash Management: Oversee SAP cash receipts, maintaining accurate records and reconciling financial data to support cash flow management.
- Advanced Financial Instruments: Execute money market transactions and handle Forex contracts and journals with proficiency, leveraging your expertise to mitigate risks and maximize returns.
- Trade Finance Expertise: Play a key role in trade finance processing, facilitating international trade transactions and managing documentation with precision.
- Banking Operations: Monitor and reconcile daily bank transactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare fund management reports to provide insights into investment performance, liquidity, and risk management, contributing to informed decision-making.
- Treasury Management: Maintain treasury outstanding summaries, effectively managing cash and liquidity positions to support the organisation’s financial goals.
- Credit Analysis: Procure and analyse credit reports, offering valuable insights to support credit risk assessment and credit limit management.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including record-keeping, document management, and process optimisation.

- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields is a requirement. While prior experience in corporate treasury is preferred, your 3-5 years of finance experience will demonstrate your ability to contribute effectively to the team.
- Language Proficiency: You have fluency in English, both spoken and written, allowing you to effectively communicate with international colleagues and partners.
- Japanese Language Skills: Proficiency in Japanese is preferred, though not mandatory. If you possess Japanese language skills, it’s a strong advantage, given the global nature of the company and its operations.
